Why I Chose Fairy and Her Working Lines
In the family, Fairy is a very loving dog who truly prioritizes being close to us. She has a wonderful sweet and funny personality, along with her mischievous and stubborn determination. Those of us who are close to her can only adore her.
Fairy is fantastic to train with, both during regular learning and training sessions as well as in competitions. She is very consistent during training, and you can always rely on her. She is not particularly interested in other people in daily life, but on the training field, she loves playing with the decoys in the various disciplines.
Fairy is a female with strong drives, but at the same time, she has a great ‘on/off’ switch. She has a strong willingness to cooperate with her handler, which makes training with her a delightful experience. She responds very well to positive training methods and has been trained without discomfort or negative experiences. She approaches tasks and new things naturally, not recklessly but also not fearfully.
She was imported from a very experienced French breeder of working Tervuerens from Toulouse in southern France.
Results
Fairy’s and My combined results from the fall of 2023 in the Danish Police Dog Association
- Obedience Cup for Non-Certified Dogs at Holbæk Police Dog Association on August 2, 2023: 36.3 points out of 40 points + an overall 2nd place.
- Trial Certification at Holbæk Police Dog Association on October 7, 2023: 107.8 points out of 110 points + Club Champion in the Certification Class with winner’s trophy.
- Certification at Holbæk Police Dog Association: 108.2 points out of 110 points + overall 1.st place.
- Annual Result 2023 at Holbæk Police Dog Association: Best certification result of the year and the annual trophy.
CERTIFICATION (KÅRING)
Fairy and I were certified on November 5., 2023, by the Danish Police Dog Association. We passed with 108.2 points out of a possible 110 points.
I am extremely satisfied with the result and our joint effort.
TRIAL CERTIFICATION (PRØVEKÅRING)
Fairy and I were trial certified on October 7., 2023, by the Danish Police Dog Association. We passed with 107.8 points out of 110 points.
At the same time, we became Club Champions in the Certification Class and received the winner’s trophy.
A fantastic result.
